Online Ticket purchases will be confirmed with you following purchase by e-mail.

If you selected tickets to be e-mailed and they did not arrive please check your junk and spam folders this is a common issue with guests not receiving the tickets in their in-box.

If you selected  your tickets to be mailed through Canada Post your tickets will be mailed

directly to the address you provided.

If your order is the week of the show and mailing the tickets would not arrive in time, simply bring the confirmation e-mail with you to the show, this will be your ticket.

Why We Do Not Offer Ticket Refunds

1. Events Require Upfront, Non-Recoverable Costs
   Concerts involve significant advance expenses such as artist fees, venue rental, staging, sound, lighting, staffing, marketing, and insurance. These costs are incurred well before the event date and cannot be recovered if tickets are refunded.

2. Commitments Are Made Based on Ticket Sales
   Ticket revenue directly informs event planning decisions, including artist guarantees, production scale, staffing levels, and operational logistics. Refunds undermine the financial stability required to deliver high-quality events.

3. Fairness to Artists, Staff, and Partners
   Artists, technicians, venues, and suppliers are contracted and paid based on confirmed ticket sales. Offering refunds after commitments are made would unfairly shift financial risk away from ticket buyers and onto performers and workers.

4. Refund Policies Protect Event Viability
   Allowing refunds—especially close to an event date—can threaten the viability of an event altogether. A no-refund policy helps ensure that scheduled performances can proceed as planned for all attendees.

5. Clear Disclosure at Time of Purchase
   Our exchange-only policy is clearly stated on:

   • Our website

   • Every ticket sold

   • The point of purchase
     Customers agree to these terms when completing their purchase.

6. Exchange and Gift Certificate Options Provide Flexibility
   While refunds are not available, we offer flexible alternatives:

   • Ticket exchanges for other available concerts

   • Gift certificates that can be used at a later date
     These options ensure value is retained without jeopardizing event operations.

   Stable revenue allows us to keep ticket prices reasonable and continue offering a diverse lineup of concerts. Refund exposure would require higher prices to offset risk.

10.  What is your refund or exchange policy if weather affects travel? 

    If an event takes place as scheduled, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This policy follows standard industry practice used by major sporting leagues, concert promoters, and ticketing companies.

    Once a band has arrived and a show proceeds, the full costs of the event are incurred, including artist fees, staffing, production, and venue operations. These costs remain the same regardless of individual attendance decisions.

    We understand that travel conditions can vary, and each guest must decide what feels safest for them. However, if the show runs as scheduled, tickets are considered fulfilled.
